The rules and policies that apply to lessons and courses booked with Let’s Drive Automatic.
All lessons and packages must be paid for in advance. We accept bank transfer and major card payments. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a lesson, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full at our discretion. We understand that emergencies happen — just let us know as soon as possible.
Intensive course prices include the cost of car hire on the test day and a fast-track test booking. Practical test fees, where included, are subject to DVSA pricing and availability. Test slots cannot always be guaranteed for a specific date.
Our test-day car hire package (£170) includes a one-hour driving lesson on the day of your test plus the use of our 2024 Toyota Yaris Cross for the test itself. The car must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.
Unused lesson hours within a package can be refunded subject to a small administrative fee. Lessons that have been delivered cannot be refunded. Intensive courses are non-refundable once they have started, but can be paused or rearranged in case of genuine emergency.
Learners must hold a valid UK provisional licence and must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during a lesson. Our instructors reserve the right to end a lesson immediately if a learner’s behaviour is unsafe or abusive.
Our advertised “87% first-time pass rate” is based on internal records of learners who completed our recommended training plan in full and were declared test-ready by their instructor before sitting the test. Actual results vary based on the individual learner.
We only use the personal information you provide (name, contact details, address) to deliver your lessons and respond to your enquiry. We never sell or share your data with third parties. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page. By continuing to book lessons with us, you accept the most current terms.
